Complaint Details: Dear sir,
we took 3sims of Vodafone duly submitting the relative photos, proofs of id and address. The mobile numbers your people allotted to us are: 9966894469; 9966894435; 9966895536. Day before yesterday, we received a message that they have not received the same and from yesterday onwards no outgoing calls were permitted. I gave the sims to my family members, who are on a pilgrimage. Is it our fault if your personnel didn’t send the photos and id/address proofs to their apex office? We are being trouble by Vodafone network very much. Please restore all the calls immediately without any delay. What is this bloody service? Very disappointed. I will go to consumer forum if no action is taken.
