I am using your network from a long time.bt now I am facing problem in it. I never had a problem before. Actually 3days back I had given the request for activate the caller tune on my no. 9646477998 but still it is going in pending. I had call to customer care 6 times but I m not satisfied with that please sort out the problem as soon as possible. Otherwise back my money which you had deducted from my balance.
