Hello, my name is qutubuddin and im using vodafone/hutch almost 6 years. but from last year i have for the first time lodged a complaint for my slow internet speed but surprisingly it is not been resolved yet and every time i cal customer care they just say they will be sending a new configuration setting and it will be resolved. and if i take my valuable time and visit to a vodafone office they just simply replaces my sim card and have to wait for hours to get it activated and assuming my problem will be resolved but dissapointingly it is no one responsible who is taking intrest in this issue. very poor customer services. now im thinking of migrating from vodafone to some other network….

I am also a Vodafone net setter user of no 8086064412. i am also facing the same problem ie , net is very slow and the signal strength is going on weak day by day.but initially i had good service ,but now a days i am fed up with it because of slow speed of the net setter.
