Complaint Details: I am trying to Migration from postpaid to prepaid for last 2 years. Visited Vodafone store 5 times. Sent 24 mails to Vodafone care. Finally got new Sims last month. But till now they are not activated. Wasted 3000 Rs money, 4 days to travel to Vodafone store and drafting following 24 mails.

the same number, a cumulative recharge of Rs. 200, every six months, is
mandatory. If this condition is not fulfilled, your number will be
permanently deactivated.
