Complaint Details: I AM A RESIDENT OF SILIGURI WESTBENGAL, I HAVE RECHARGED MY NO. VIA KIOSK AT SEVOKE ROAD SILIGURI ON 7/06/2012. VODAFONE HAS DEDUCTED THE BALANCE BUT HAVENT CREDITED AS YET IN MY ACCOUNT…CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE ALL ILL MANNARED.

I had paied my Bill 300rps out of 875 on 8th June but till now my Sim is not yet activated. so i had called to customer on Saturday morning the response is thet didnt get any updates according to my bill, but money had detectud from my credit card
