Vodafone – RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HI MY NUMBER IS 9739849464. SINCE MY SIM CARD WAS OLD IT WAS CREATING PROBLEM WHEN I RESTARTED MY PHONE. I WENT TO THE VODAPHONE OFFICE IN KOROMANGLA AND THEY PROVIDED ME A NEW SIM CARD AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ACTIVATED IN 1 HOUR. AS I HAD TO COME TO MY OFFICE I LEFT THE VODAPHONE OFFICE THINKING THAT MY PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVE. IT WAS REALLY ANNOYING TO FIND OUT THAT MY PHONE DID NOT WORK WITH THE NEW SIM CARD. I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF ANALYSING MY PROBLEM THEY TOLD THAT THE PHONE IS BAD I NEED TO CHECK THE PHONE. THEN I WENT TO THE VODAPHONE OFFICE IN DOUBLE ROAD TO GET THE NEW SIM CARD CHECKED. THE HELP DESK PERSON MR. CHANDRA KANTH WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM INSTEAD TOLD TO GO TO KOROMANGLA OFFICE TO GET THE SIM CARD CHECKED….?????? SHOULD I GO HERE AND THERE AND HANG AROUND WAISTING MY TIME TO GET A SIMPLE SIM CARD CHECKED.
I AM REALLY VERY ANNOYED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY VODAPHONE. I AM PLANNING TO SWITCH MY CONNECTION FROM VODAPHONE TO AIRTEL OR TATA DOCOMO.
