Customer care 121 and 198 is not connecting.

Hindustan Times, So called a media Co. is a Fraud in the market. I subscribed to HT and Mint 599/- Rs combo in March 2013. So paper was expected to be start in 1st-Apr-2013. Sir bsnl has activated next gen tv on my mobile no without my consent &charged rs 99 whereas i have not given any consent to activate the service. My mobile no is 9418465007. I have complained against on their helpline but they said no service is active but on18/05/2013 i got message of ra 99

Sir/Madam, I’m working with IDC Technologies PVT LTD, sec-57, Noida; where i got two idea connections, a month ago, i gave Rs600 (300+300), as a security. All the verifications have been done and still my connections are not active. No response from there end. Please do the needful. Thank you  

Just few min back i got a call from 11401870129, usually i ill not receive today i received they only spoke and deducted balance from my account.

Whenever I want to open nokia web for net surfing there is displaying an error massage “we are working no getting this fixed…..” and thus I am failed to open any page. Please solve this problem. My handset is Nokia-5233.
