My num is 9760194645, and 49 rs. Is cut from my balance. Why?:

I have done online full talktime recharge of 200rs on 13-7-2012 in pune. But 200rs debided from my hdfc netbanking accont and balance is not provided to me. customer care is not resolving my problem.

I purchased a sim bearing number 9849732253 on 03-07-2012 from a dealer in yousufguda,Hyderabad.Till now it is not activated.Please make sure that the number gets activated soon.
