I have been customer of ht and gave cash for subscription of six month on 18 may 2012 but even after multiple follow-ups with newspaper vendor and ht executives no coupons are received till date. Every time we make a call to their bpo no.- 0522-6663251, they give the same answer that you will recieve

I paid Rs.240 by cash for six month advanced payment for hindustan times. I received six ns. coupon. but unfortunatly I lost my coupans due to house ranovation work. tbat was jan.12 to june 12. now vender ask for coupans but I told him all story but he again & again wanted payment. sir, when
